1. How to request a cancellation or change
Message us on WhatsApp or write to info@tourvallevipcusco.com as soon as you can, quoting your booking number. Each request is reviewed according to how long is left before the tour date.
2. Refunds by notice period
| When you cancel | Refund | Note |
|---|---|---|
| 30 days or more before the tour | 70% refundable | The percentage is the same however early you cancel; it is subject to administrative fees. |
| Less than 72 hours before | 50% refundable | |
| Less than 48 hours before | 30% refundable | |
| Less than 24 hours before | Non-refundable | The full booking deposit is lost. |
Requests that do not fit these bands are reviewed individually; message us and we will tell you what applies to your case.
3. Date changes
We can usually change the date if you give us reasonable notice and there is space on the new day.
4. Weather and force majeure
Sometimes the tour has to be cancelled for reasons beyond our control: extreme weather, road closures, regional strikes or similar events. In those cases we offer you another available date or a refund.
5. Groups and private tours
Bookings of four or more travellers and private tours are handled case by case. Message us to confirm the conditions of your booking.
6. No-show
If you do not appear at the agreed pickup time and place without telling us, the booking is treated as a no-show and is generally non-refundable.
7. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are processed through WeTravel, the same platform used for payment, and returned to the original payment method. How long they take to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
This is a summary of our cancellation conditions. If you are unsure about a particular case, check with us before assuming an outcome.
