One less round trip
Many travellers do the Sacred Valley one day, sleep in Cusco and get up early the next to drive back down and catch the Machu Picchu train. Ending the tour in Ollantaytambo skips that return: by the end of the day you are already in the station town.
You can do it on either itinerary. The Classic covers Taray, Pisac, Ollantaytambo and Chinchero; the VIP adds Moray and Maras for all five sites. The service is the same as on the standard itinerary: pickup at your hotel in downtown Cusco, bilingual guide and buffet lunch.
