One day, two ways to see the valley
The Sacred Valley starts less than an hour from Cusco. Along the Vilcanota river it gathers the Inca towns and sites that best explain how this empire lived and farmed. Seeing it in one day works if someone sorts out the logistics: we leave early, order the stops to avoid queues and return to Cusco in the evening.
You have two routes. The Classic is the ideal introduction: Taray viewpoint, Pisac, Ollantaytambo and Chinchero, at a calmer pace. The VIP is the complete version. It swaps the viewpoint for Moray and the Maras salt mines, bringing the five main sites of the valley into the same day.
What stays the same on both
On both we collect you in downtown Cusco and you travel in tourist transport with a certified bilingual guide (English and Spanish). You have a buffet lunch in Urubamba and the group never exceeds 17–18 people. The word "VIP" describes the route, not a different service.
