After a morning among archaeological sites, the tour drops to Urubamba, in the middle of the valley at 2,871 m, for an unhurried sit-down lunch. It is a buffet: you help yourself from Peruvian and Andean dishes.

Lunch at Rustica is included on the Classic (US$30) and the VIP (US$32). If you prefer another restaurant, you choose it in the same payment and the total adjusts by itself.
