1. Who provides the service
Tours booked on tourvallevipcusco.com are operated by Enjoy Peru Holidays EIRL, tax ID 20600007204, holding GERCETUR Cusco licence N° 221-2024 and Ministry of Culture registration AG2164, with offices at Av. Tullumayo 111-B, Cusco, Peru. "Tour Valle VIP Cusco" is the brand under which we offer these tours.
2. Services
We offer full-day Sacred Valley tours from Cusco on two routes: Classic (Taray viewpoint, Pisac, Ollantaytambo and Chinchero) and VIP (Chinchero, Moray, Maras salt mines, Ollantaytambo and Pisac), plus private tours from US$90 per person.

3. Bookings and payment
Bookings are made online through WeTravel, paid by card. Your booking is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email, which works as your voucher. Prices are quoted in US dollars (US$) per person.
4. Prices and entrance tickets
Current prices are shown on the prices page. Site entrance tickets (the tourist ticket and, on the VIP route, the Maras salt mines fee) are not included: they are paid in cash in soles on the day of the tour, or added at booking depending on the option.
5. Schedules and pickup
Published times are for reference. The exact pickup time is confirmed by WhatsApp the night before and may vary by a few minutes depending on your area. Please be ready at the agreed place at the confirmed time.
6. Itinerary
The order and length of the stops may be adjusted for traffic, weather, crowds at the sites or other circumstances, in order to run the route safely. The route includes a stop at the Pisac artisan market; purchases are optional.
7. Cancellations
These are governed by our cancellation policy.
8. Traveller responsibilities
- Tell us before the tour about any health condition, dietary restriction or special need.
- Carry a valid ID or passport.
- Take the effects of altitude into account and consult a doctor if appropriate.
- Hold travel insurance, which we recommend and which is not included.
- Follow the guide’s instructions and the rules of each archaeological site.
9. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as extreme weather, road closures or strikes. In those cases we offer rescheduling or a refund under the cancellation policy.

You can send any complaint by WhatsApp (+51 994 822 637) or to info@tourvallevipcusco.com. Under Peruvian consumer protection rules, you also have the right to register a complaint in our official complaints book (Libro de Reclamaciones).
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru.
